Enigma (от др.-греч. αἴνιγμα — загадка) — немецкая музыкальная группа, созданная Мишелем Крету в 1990 году. Мишель является композитором и продюсером, его бывшая жена, певица Сандра Крету, часто исполняла вокальные партии в композициях «Энигмы». Группа выпустила семь студийных альбомов, девятнадцать синглов и несколько сборников. Группа существует только как студийная, её участники не выступают с концертами. Мишель Крету, получивший академическое музыкальное образование, уже с конца 1970-х был известен в мире популярной музыки: он записывал сольные альбомы, в качестве сессионного музыканта принимал участие в записи музыки на альбомах групп Boney M, Arabesque, как сопродюсер работал с Майком Олдфилдом, а также выступал как основной автор, клавишник и продюсер на альбомах бывшей жены Сандры, популярной певицы 80-х годов.

Первый студийный альбом после Seven Lives Many Faces (2008), концептуальный альбом, который рассказывает историю, разработанную основателем Enigma, продюсером и главным композитором Мишелем Крету в соавторстве с немецким поэтом и либреттистом Михаэлем Кунце о путешествии героя, находящегося в поиске новой полноценной жизни. На Love Sensuality Devotion: The Greatest Hits представлены 18 оригинальных треков из всех четырёх альбомов, а также выпущенный незадолго до этого сингл «Turn Around».
